  During the Carling Cup final, Chelsea managed to unsettle Gerrard with rumours of transfer. At the end, Gerrard gifted them with an own goal. This time, AC Milan is trying the same trick by saying they're a big admirer and may want to sign him.

  dun think he would be unsettled this time round... how many captains can ever have the chance of lifting the UCL cup? He's certainly focus....
