Gonzales excited by Liverpool bid
Albacete's Mark Gonzales has described his potential transfer to Liverpool as like "winning the lottery".
The 20-year-old is currently sidelined with a cruciate knee ligament injury, though he should fit by September.
Liverpool hope to sign Chilean international Gonzales on a year-long loan with a view to a permanent move.
"To go from being injured at a second division Spanish side to the European Champions is like winning the lottery," Gonzales told the Liverpool website.
A work permit could be a problem for Gonzalez, who is regarded as one of Chile's most talented players, but the winger is determined to make the most of the move if the transfer goes ahead.
"I knew Liverpool were interested in me but after the injury I thought everything had changed.
"To go from injured at a second division Spanish side to the European Champions is like winning the lottery.
"Negotiations are very advanced and I know if I go there on loan I will make the most of it. I'll be going there for good."

Zenden can play on the left but dun think he will. He excelled in the middle for Boro when S. Downing was playing on the left. Could be a replacement for Gerrard. Wingers, i am still waiting for Joaquin or Vicente. No news of Aimar and Baraja leh. Nunez and Josemi can fly back to Spain liao.

Ah Ben is not so generous with players that could not perform.
I think he wil give Nunez one more season before he is offloaded.
Josemi will be next to be offloaded if he become too "friendly" by gifting the opponents unnecessary free kicks near the 6 yard box. -

A season long loan deal sounds like good business.
It gives the player a chance to show what he's all about and the club time to decide whether or not to tie him up. -

I've heard of this guy..while playing WINNING ELEVEN 8!!!!
He's rated quite good in the game actually..quite a reliable left winger.
