Personally for me , I'll have doubts in him unless he prove himself , why talk so much ?
Against CSKA Sofia , he was deployed as centre back with Hyypia , in the end , the scoreline ?
He needs to work very hard to convince us his worth . -
Rafael Benitez has revealed Spanish defender Josemi will feature much more in his first team plans this season.
Josemi impressed in a central defensive role against CSKA Sofia last week and then turned in a good display at right back in the Super Cup final win over CSKA Moscow.
The former Malaga man endured an injury hit first season on Merseyside last year, but Benitez insists he has enough quality to play his part in the Reds' quest for honours over the coming months.
He said: "Josemi can be an important player for us. He is a good player, an aggressive player, and he is getting more used to English football now.
"He played very well at centre back last week. I knew he could play there because he spent a year in that position with Malaga. Of course he can also play on the right of the defence as well so he gives us different possibilities.
"He was unfortunate last season because he had so many injury problems, but if he can stay fit then he will be an important member of our squad this year."

I'll like to see him against henry..If he can mark him out,he would have proved his worth and become a fans favourite overnight..

Last season is his first season , started brightly , faded away due to some injuries , and he's back now , fit ....let's give him a chance , see what he can do .
Let's judge him at the end of the season .

Diao has chiao to Pompey !
The money we paid for him from Sedan is re-coup by some loan deal to Birmingham and Pompey , so we actually don't lose so much .
Soon Salif will go on a free like Biscan and Smicer .
L'pool has been good to him ... on that UCL medal . -
