that's why i like to watch relegation teams versus top teams, because they want to avoid relegation and they fight it out. and most of the time, they get good results. -

but watching a few games where chelsea were attacked, they are NOT a continental team in my opinion. so like i said, teams have to forget that chelsea are good on paper and attack them. -

Wimbledon is still around. Their name has been changed to Milton Keynes Dons, and that's about it. This season, they are going through a rough patch. We might see them drop down to League 2 next season.

you don't have to over commit, attack can be organised, you don't do it brainlessly like what you define as schoolboy football. A counterattack happens when teams over commit and when your players don't run back to defend.. When you attack and cover, you won't over commit.
just keep prodding, keeping possession.
the defending game can only work with teams who can finish with the tiny chances you will get in each game. if you don't have a good finisher, then you had better attack.
i'm not saying attack from a tactical point of view yet, its just pure common sense. -
Ah Ben is employing the 4-1-4-1 formation for tonight.
Mission: To choke Chelsea and play a Defensive Game.
With the ineffective Crouch infront, Liverpool have to find goal from heaven - Penalty, Free Kick and Corner.
If Ah Ben keep holding faith in his spanish players (Alonso, Garcia), I dun think Liverpool can play champion league soccer next season.
Liverpool have now two ineffective strikers - Crouch and Nando.
Cisse have not really given a chance to prove himself.
I guess he will leave during the January Transfer window. (Ah Ben is petty)
To be fair to Chelsea, they play well tonight.
Liverpool have deploy the wrong tactics and the clown to stop Chelsea.

My worries is for the rest of the Liverpool Season.

attack as in keep looking up, keep making the runs for your playmakers to make that killer pass to... keep the defence running and run them ragged... they will then make mistakes..
if you let the Big Teams come to attack you, your defense WILL be run ragged instead and they will make mistakes...
why should you do that?

They were able to maintain due to some utility players that were being sold.
The players that have stayed were mainly injured last season.
So, they are actually not put to the real test of the EPL.
Tonight will be a eye-opener for Ah Ben.
Some players are not really suited for the physical nature of the EPL.
So, Liverpool will end up with two team - CL team and EPL team.
Crouch is a 4-4-2 player.

at the rate they are going i have serious doubts liverpool can finish top 6, let alone 4th. there are more teams in contention for the european places this season.
RB has to do some serious buying in the market. -
somtimes it's also whether u have the ability to attack or not... I can now confirm liverpool is one of the luckiest team in history... their european championship is won with much luck on their side..... even though I was rooting for liverpool last night... it's quite obvious they never had the side that can hold chelsea down... so sad...
