Wanted - Liverpool striker that can react fast enough after Crouch got the ball.
Crouch was able to get the ball shot at him yesterday, however, Cisse was to slow or never react fast enough to take use of the chance.
Cisse dun seem to enjoy the extra duty of defending.
Both team play the same defensive tactics last night.
Pearce was right in getting the weakest link is the left back with the inexperience warnock.
Afterall, they did play well.
Sort of remind me of the match played before, the Singapore vs Laos Match.
The Singapore soccer players are either too confident, too weak or too lazy as they play with no hunger.
To send this type of players oversea for SEA games, must as well dun send them. -
I thought Crouch had a really poor game...
Kewell did quite well coming on for Cisse..who was absolutely ineffective upfront..
It was a typical smash and grab kind of game. I won't say its the most entertaining of matches I've seen, they are certainly capable of better.
Nevertheless, a good win!
Now for midweek Sunderland! Lets make it 5 straight Premiership wins!

He's ineffective and if i'm not mistaken, he had a nil shot at goal.
I'd prefer Nando to actually partner with Cisse.With crouch around, Reds are juz playing like they did under the management of Houllier.
A tall striker to feed the ball to a fast striker. ( Heskey and Owen era. )
Other teams can predict the way Reds are playing and all they gotta do is close beanpole down.

When Crouch is deployed, the opponent will normally get two defenders to clamp him down.
This will allow the defenders to get the loose ball headed down by Crouch.
Cisse need a good cross to get his goal.
He is still not used to the back-pedalling for defence.
He lacks the alertness to score when the ball is played to him in a sudden instant.
As for Nando, he still need a few more matches to be in sync with his team mate.
As for the right wing, I hope Ah Ben can play Sinama on the right wing instead of Stevie.
It is a complete waste of talent if Stevie is played on the right wing.
He is the only player that can cut into the defence and score a beautiful goal.
As for Garcia, he is the super substitute for EPL but a super star in CL. -

Yeah, I prefer Morientes and Cisse upfront. Even Garcia Morientes up front is better than having Crouch up there.
Crouch is better used as a last resort...like against Villa, brought on in the last 10 mins to try to be a distractor. -

Lousy players never get that "Man-of-the-match" , do you know Crouch won that award , play against who ?
Which Premiership manager said Crouch is useless ? Non , in fact , most manager said Crouch is a constant thorn in their defense when Crouchy played .

i think the problem wif crouch is his 7 million label.
nonetheless, he is a hardworking player who never give up in giving problems in the front line for the opponents and providing goals for his team-mate. -

As for Crouchy....he juz need more confidence n luck! To be fair, if he wasn't the best player on field...he was certainly not the worst!
