I thought this match will be postpone to a later date due to that Japan Championship .
Now I then discovered although that Championship starts at 11th , but Liverpool won't be playing until 15th , which means Liverpool has to play one more match before flying off .
Lucky a home game .
Or else very tiring for the lads , fly here fly there . -
Considering the form Liverpool are in right now,I cant see them losing this one.

The key for me will be Xabi Alonso.
He'll be well rested and ready to inspire Liverpool with his pin point distribution.
A lot of hard work needs to be done though. Boro are no pushovers. What's encouraging though is that Boro's record at Anfield is'nt the best and there's the lure of a club record equalling 10th consecutive clean sheet. Not to mention a 7th straight victory. -

a very tricky match ... we'll have to play very well to beat a team like boro ... hasselbaink and viduka will be a stern test for sami and carra ... and boro's defence will be difficult to unlock ...

This Saturday , I'm looking forward to a new club record , consecutive 10 games clean sheet record .
On paper , it looks like a tough match .
Realisticly , we're Class above Boro . At least we're not very bother by injuries . Boro were .
Boro will pose no threat to our defense , what they will do is to defend rentlessly like they did earlier in the season . They're going to steal a point from us , not three points .
Mclaren knows his team's limitation , and very well .

Liverpool have been dealt a blow with the news that Dutch midfielder Boudewijn Zenden will play no further part in the campaign.
Zenden was one of the players brought to the club in the summer by Spanish tactician Rafa Benitez and he had made a steady start to life at Anfield.
He damaged a knee against Real Betis at the end of last month and was initially ruled out for four weeks.
However, the problem has turned out to be more severe than initially thought, with cruciate ligament damage set to keep the midfielder on the sidelines until the summer.
Zenden is due to fly out to America this weekend to see revered Colorado-based specialist Dr Richard Steadman.
Surgery has been pencilled in for Wednesday, with The Reds scratching the midfielder from their plans for the remainder of the campaign. -

He's not really a key player for us .
