A Liverpool spokesman confirmed last night: "We have an agreement with adidas to take over as kit suppliers at the end of the season."
Reebok have supplied the Liverpool kit since 1996.
Benitez will be hoping the switch to adidas will give his side a psychological boost — Liverpool wore an adidas kit when they last won the title in 1990.

I never fancy RBK as our Club's kit. I find the Brand lightweight to justify such a big club like LFC.
Adidas sure did their research well cos Both Man Utd & Arsenal endorsed Nike while Chelsea is Umbro and they need a big club like LFC to hv their Brand tied closely with current CL winner. Of cos, there's also the nostalgically tied-ups between the LFC & Adidas in the previous campaigns.
The Candy/Adidas combo is such a classic.

And yeh.. LFC stars like Gerrard, Xabi Alonso, Cisse endorsed Adidas boots...so it's a plus to them.

adidas wants to take over epl..they are gonna sponsor chelsea new kit for the new season too..now man utd and arsenal era over liao,so they take over nike by sponsoring liverpool and chelsea..

i hope they use the old (3 leaf) adidas logo too! it was so much better than the 2 stripes
