Mike Reily will be the man in black at OT this sunday.
He has the record of awarding up to (IIRC) 9 penalties to Man Utd at OT over the years.
Among the penalties are 2 against Liverpool and 2 against Arsenal.
Some of the more recently penalty incident are against Arsenal where Rooney fell to a tackle by Sol Campbell.

i always look forward to see how the said "raw diamond" can be transformed into a top scorer in liverpool, but i think i've seen enough.
thruout the game, wes brown made him utterly insignificant, to the extend that i completely agree when my mate said he is a waste of space.
i cannot believe my eye when he balloned the ball 2m from the goal line! where did he learn that from? andy cole? -
