birmingham might be returning to form.

When Birmingham have their Captain Dunn back , they are different .
Now they also got ex-Reds Heskey back , they are stronger than a few months ago .
Pennant also no injury liao , so we need to keep an eye on him .
Matt Upson also back .
Many players back from injuries , so birmingham is no easy meat liao .
Still three points is our first option .
maximum 2-0 , after that we should be cruising thru . -
Go with attacking football and not counter-attack football.
That's the way to go for Liverpool.
Shall put Gerrard and Alonso in the middle, Sinama/Cisse on the right. If Gerrard operate on the right, the centre midfield will be too defensive and easily allow the opponents to attack from there. Sissoko only can break up plays but he cannot start attacking plays. -

Birmingham will be high on confidence after their 5-0 win. But we must remember that it's only Portsmouth, a struggling team.
Liverpool's home form has been very good this season.
The last time the 2 sides met ended up 2-2 but both have had very a different season since then.
Most things point to a home win and it should stay that way unless Birmingham can pull off some sort of upset. -

So, the starting striker force should be Nando and Cisse.
Ah Ben is conservative and need to save Crouch for Sunday Showdown.
However, I feel that Cisse is very strong on the wing. (His speed is an asset with his 70% accurate crossing)
Gerrard need to play in the middle, he seem lifeless when he is on the right wing.
Fowler should be able to score on his debut.
But, my wish is that he score against Chelsea and burn the Blue team. -
