Arsenal boss convinced they can't retain Henry

Arsenal are ready to sell captain Thierry Henry in the summer to fund a massive rebuilding campaign.
The Sunday Mirror says Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is resigned to the fact that it's the end of an era, with Henry set for a £30million move to Barcelona and Ashley Cole likely to join Real Madrid in the summer.
Robert Pires, another stalwart of Arsenal's 2003-04 Invincibles will also leave at the end of the season and there are major concerns over troubled defender Sol Campbell. His solicitor claimed yesterday that the England star - who disappeared for four days after Arsenal's defeat by West Ham - will return to training today.
Regarding his club captain, Wenger is concerned that even if they were able to persuade him to stay Henry's pay demands would undermine the club's wage structure and upset his team-mates. -

i dun mind if cole leave since he is very unfaithful. but if henry leave, i just hope arsenal can get a good price for henry and wif this money, can cultivate for arsenal squad strength.

i dunno about "unfaithful"
but Campbell walked out on Spurs after his contract ended..

Vieira: Henry may quit Gunners
Former Arsenal midfielder Patrick Vieira believes his French team-mate Thierry Henry could leave the Gunners this summer.
Henry has yet to sign a new deal with the Highbury club, and Vieira, now with Juventus, told the News of the World: 'Thierry will make the best decision for his career at the end of the season.
'I know he has not yet made up his mind but I don't know what he will do. He may stay or he may go.
'We have spoken about this but no more than that.

I have to admit that Reyes and Van Persie seem to be exciting players but they are too small size.Dennis Bergkamp is getting old le.Without experienced players.
