Valencia's David Villa for Liverpool .

Newspaper reports today claim that Liverpool boss Rafael Benitez is trying to sign striker David Villa from Valencia.
It's not the first time that Rafa has been linked with Villa who joined Valencia last year from real Zaragoza.
The 24-year-old who has netted 15 goals so far this season could cost as much as £10million but with Cisse and Morientes both available, Rafa could try and negotiate a swap deal or failing that, use the funds from whoever he manages to sell off. -

i've seen this fella played for Valencia , he's a very hardworking fella , run and run , shadow after shadow , movements after movements ......
It's just a imaginative speculation , but if there's a deal for him , i can see the exodus of either Nando or Cisse . -

Ah Ben would definitely off load Cisse.
Nando is his pet striker.
I will be at a lost now after deploying Nando for so many games and seeing him not scoring.
At least peter crouch is missing the target. -
Benitez had hinted , he kept Nando in the team despite not playing so well against MCFC cos he wanted Nando to score , but he didn't .
Nando disappointed Benitez and the fans . Afterall , Nando socred 100 goals for Real Madrid , not many players can score s century for Real ..... so Ben is a bit disappointed Nando doesn't deliver much for two seasons . -
Well, cisse can be quite a pain in the arse. But i think he can still be more threatening at goal than nando.
Cisse has got the speed but nando is seen to be pretty plain in last few games.
Ah ben probably will have to re-evaluate his decisions if he's sticking with nando. -

Cisse will be off loaded rather than Nado if ever the axe fell onto either one of them. Nado, like Sheringham... is a much clever player, experience and can play better one-twos than Cisse. Nando is hardworking and determined as well although his confidence is rock bottom atm.
The deal looked speculative considering Villa still smell 'new' all over him at Mastella.
