  if you saw what Van Der meyde did at Inter Milan , and injury free , he was a gem . I thought Everton did got a gem , not knowing this Dutchman also one kind of sicknote .

  IMO, 2nd goal was wht Benitez had intended initially with his formation. Use Crouch as targetman to knock the ball down for someone to finish it off. in this case, its Garcia. So, its a 'planned' goal in a way.
