that game... but players with attitude problems is common nowadays... thats y english players dun get far...Originally posted by Poolman:The in-form Stan Collymore was England's one-time most lethal striker .
At Nottingham Forest , he was already very good , then he went to Liverpool , good prospect in terms of career , but his overall attitude , s*cks ! He was one kind of stubborn , he prefer driving almost 400km just from Midlands to Merseyside for training during his time at Liverpool , never keen on buying a hse in Merseyside , til Doug Ellis bizzarely bought him to Villa , bizarre in a way , Collymore at that time , his form was on his way down , we were lucky to sell him .
At Villa , he flopped like waterfall ! Went to Leicester , and then to Real Oviedo , never really settle in Spain , and retired for good .
If his attitude is good , he should be a legend in his own making . Too bad , in my opinion , he wasted his talent for something else .
I most remember him for his goals against Newcastle in that year's 4-3 thriller at Anfield . Anyone remember tis game ?
U missed out bradford, he looked good at leicester combining well with heskey for one match before heskey went to pool.Originally posted by Poolman:The in-form Stan Collymore was England's one-time most lethal striker .

That's very right .Originally posted by gasband:During his time, he was often hailed as the striker with the most natural flair and talent but as one commentator put....he just did not have the right attitude to build on his natural talents
Oh ya , Bradford , at his twilight end of his EPL career .Originally posted by The man who was death:U missed out bradford, he looked good at leicester combining well with heskey for one match before heskey went to pool.
he would score debut goals wherever he went
