Among the youngsters who actually have squad numbers....
No 26 Paul Anderson (Right winger)
No 32 Besian Idrizaj (Left winger)
No 35 Danny Guthrie (Central midfielder)
No 36 Antonio Barragan (Right back)
No 38 David Mannix (Central Midfielder)
I think the most promising among them is Barragan and Anderson.
Sometimes for youngsters it's either they are so darn good they step into the team as first choice (remember Fowler? Owen?)
Or they take their chances in areas where the team is thin and is having trouble with injuries.
The right side is the thinnest in LFC. So Barragan and Anderson may see some action! From the reports of the reserve team, they are pretty good too!
The really good ones all loan out already.

That's the link to highlights of the goals scored in the FA Youth Cup Final first leg.
First scorer - Robbie Threlfall
Second scorer - Ryan Flynn
Third scorer - Miki Roque
SKIPPER Steven Gerrard gave his VIP support as LiverpoolÂ’s latest batch of kids homed in on an FA Youth Cup triumph.
Gerrard and Jamie Carragher – a winner 10 years ago – were among a crowd of first-teamers who watched the youngsters over-run City in the first leg of the final.
Local lad Robbie Threlfall bundled in a Charlie Barnett corner to give Liverpool an 18th-minute lead.
Paul Barrett's close-range shot needed a fine block by City keeper Laurence Matthewson after a cross by man of-the-match Paul Anderson.
Anderson – signed from Hull City – made the second when he wandered across from the right and set up Ryan Flynn in the 32nd minute. City hung on and came close to grabbing a reply. Highly-rated Daniel Sturridge hit the post and the England youth star also blazed over.
Paul Marshall's shot was cleared off the line and Kelvin Etuhu brought a strong save out of Liverpool's Dave Roberts.
Anderson cracked the bar with an overhead kick before Spanish substitute Miki Roque rose to head the third from another Barnett corner six minutes from time.
Attendance was a decent 12,744 and City are expecting even more for the return a week today.
But it will take a remarkable turn-around to stop Liverpool winning the cup for a second time.
The first team badly needs a right winger. It'll be great if Benitez plays Anderson during the last couple of EPL fixtures to see how he fares...Unlikely though.
