Benitez fall-out means Cisse will quit Liverpool

CLAIREFONTAINE, France, May 28 (Reuters) - France forward Djibril Cisse says he will almost certainly leave Liverpool because he does not get on with coach Rafael Benitez.
'It will be very difficult for me to stay,' Cisse told reporters on Sunday at France's pre-World Cup training camp outside Paris.
'I've experienced a very difficult season and I don't want to go through another one.
'It's a pity because I love Liverpool and I feel at home there but apparently the coach doesn't like me.'
The 24-year-old, who joined Liverpool from Auxerre in 2004, said the most likely option was a return to France and named Olympique Marseille, Olympique Lyon and Paris St Germain as possible destinations.
'Marseille is the club closest to my heart but there is also Lyon and Paris,' said Cisse, who was born near Marseille.
Cisse said he hoped his future could be clarified before the World Cup finals in Germany start on June 9. -

Obviously won't be cheap , signing Cisse from Auxurre cost us 14 million pounds , and he actually was not playing due to double broken leg ........ now if any clubs would want to come in , i would bet at least a cool 10 million pounds , or if those French clubs would mwant to take advantage of the Bosman ruling from him , they would be waiting like 2008 ?

Fowler certainly can do the trick if Rafa can whip him back to full fitness but that dont mean we wont buy strikers...
and really, Cisse is not really that good enough but his pace is really frightening.. too bad he dun have the skill to convert to a winger... else he will be a good winger for us.. -
I don't like Cisse either.
Always came across to me as self-centered and arrogant human being. Not too mention a horrendous fashion sense. Good riddance to him and his bad hair-cuts. -
i will speak for cisse here...
i like his pace and finishing. he's had bad luck due to broken foot and playing out of position most of the season. rafa must learn to use him like he does for hamann, gerrard or riise. he is an out and out striker. u can't asked a Ian Rush to play elsewhere. they are deadliest in the 6 yard box. cisse is no diff.
if there is no impending names confirmed for a striker, selling cisse would be a tragic mistake. i am still convinced that fowler has past his prime, his main pre-occupation now is real estate. crouch is a bit player and the rest, i rest my case. even with a high profile signing, cisse should be in next year's squad.
him moving out well come back to haunt liverpool....

Cisse did not really warm up to the EPL games.
Just like nando, he was hit by an injury and under-played by Ah Ben for some strange reason or favouritism.
He is hitting form recently and he have the potential to be a great Liverpool player.
What he trying to do now is to piss Ah Ben to sell him off.
But, Ah Ben know that Cisse will be the star for the France team and fetch a HIGHER price after the world cup.
That is why Ah Ben decided to keep out Nando 1st before the price drop. (Now, he is treating Valencia as his dumping ground.)
Ah Ben may change his mind if Cisse can perform in the following weeks.

I disagree that Fowler is over the hill.
He possesses the striker instinct that none of the Liverpool players have.

Cisse ain't Raffa's purchase but Houllier's. Nvm, he gave him time to show his worth. He cost us alot ain't he? He has pace but seriously for a internatinal, h's technique leaves much to be desire.
He was a top scorer in Lique 1 but there were more space and less pacy compared to EPL. As a striker, he lacked the killer instinct. Look at the way he asked for the ball... he literally waits the ball to be served on his feet than to run into good position. I hv lost count how many times he screwed the ball wide in front of the goal.
He said there's 3 French clubs interested in him.. ok, thank u very much. Let the bids begin.
Rumours has that David Villa in Raffa's radar.. we''ll see. -

or else , let's get someone really tested in the epl , not someone who needs time to adjust to the epl games like cisse and nando , we don't have much time and money for them to fine tune , if we really want to hunt for our only elusive ambition . -
