he is known to be slow in the transfer market.

slow , but careful ..... safer , cos Rick Parry and LFC can't go on a spending like what some rich club is spending .
We just can't sign any playes for the sake of signing .
Remember that Benitez had to discard some players before he can actually buy .
The main players he had to discard for big money is Cisse .... and some listed Frenchmen as well .
Just be patient i guess , we'll see a stronger Liverpool anyhow . -

Jokes aside, Liverpool cannot reach deep into the pockets of a Russian oligarch unlike a certain London club. Perhaps it is best we excercise caution before spending indiscriminately? And I am sure Rafael Benitez knows what he is doing. I do not know why, but I just find myself placing blind faith in this wonderful man. Any other Liverpool fan feels likewise?

my concern is many will view that in his 3rd season, he will need to mount a credible epl challenge. otherwise, we are going the route of houllier...with chel$ki signing players left right centre, i fear we are further behind even before the first kick-off.
i dun mean to rush him, but surely his scouts must have been monitoring potential reds players for a long time already. why no move yet?
is the current reds good enuf? in my true reds heart, the honest answer is no.

AH Ben had learn alot thru'out the 2 seasons at Liverpool .
First season , he discovered English football , inlike Spanish football , badly need a Big Fella or tall fella inside a team , he got Crouch .
Second season , he discovered not all European Kings or Prince can catually succeed in England , he without prejudice , discard Morientes and some Spaniards earlier on .
And coming to the third season , he knew largely everything we need to win in England .
Have faith will win .
