ah ben was desperate to land gonzalez and now he is suppressing him from playing.
and he has this tendency to give opportunities to those who failed in the previous game, in hope that they could redeem themselves.
i really hope zenden can prove me wrong that he is capable of CM role. -
Interesting lineup.
Maybe it's to give some players a rest? After all, they had the longest season ever last season, had a long World Cup campaign. Maybe Rafa doesn't want to see players burning out so fast.

good game. liverpool started very brightly, considering they are playing an away game and the players look eagar & hungry.
pleased to see kyut and bellamy having such good understanding.
zenden is still not very convincing in the middle of the park, esp when dealing with high ball but can see him trying very hard.
both sides are playing good football. the result could go either way tonight. -

for some reasons, opposition goal seem to have some repelling force against liverpool's attempts and this kinda happens quite often lately.

Our line-up were all over the place ....... i saw an absolute mess in the set-up , in a way ...... the players' mind is not in winning , just avoid a defeat is what they thinking .

I guess having a go at Chelsea is more important than PSV. Ah ben can't stand Mourinho and won't want to lose to him. Afterall this CL got 6 matches what... so away draw was enough for ah ben, beating Chelsea again would be a great feeling for ah ben but don't know this time they will shake hands or not?

Ah Ben have become paranoid after having too much injury during his 1st season.
Therefore, he have become too chicken for the last two season.
I dun think I will see the Liverpool team in full force this sunday.

Xabi Alonso's form has been really bad...
Pennant, Kuyt and Bellamy should be playing more often. I don't buy the rotation policy...especially so early in the season.. -
Funny to see Jermaine Pennant in a more defensive role in the right , rather than his usual attacking role , he only perform once in a while attack .....

I watched briefly on the repeat of the match on ESPN.
Koeman is right.
The midfield is playing the famous Liverpool Missile to the strikers.
No wonder Nando cannot score for Liverpool.
Nando is more of a 4-4-2 striker.
But, I am happy for him to recover his form.
I pray hard for Liverpool to at least have a fixed 11 players.
