Bellamy and Duyt combination work well during the PSV game.
So, Ah Ben want to foster more understanding between them.
Ah Ben is just missing out on the mid-field equation.
Sissiko and Alonso are ineffective in the middle of the field in retaining and getting possession.
Only Gerrard is performing the role of supporting the strikers.
Once he is put on the flanks, there is NO ONE to move the ball forward.
One of the strikers have to deliver the ball from midfield to 6 yard box to score.
Alonso is basically a shadow in the midfield.
The only thing that he do is to spray ball at the middle of the field or do some ball passing.
Maybe it is Ah Ben's decision for him to do that.
It must be the BIGGEST puzzle why Ah Ben is keeping Gonzalez inside his fridge ???
When can Liverpool fan see the 1st team formation of Liverpool ??? -
Dirk Kuyt is good.
He even came back to help out in the defence.

I think its a poor performance.. Kinda boring too...
1st, its a stunning strike from Drogba so take nothing away from him.. Good goal..
We feel are flanks are not doing too well.. Pennant has alot of possesion but never really make full use of it..
Gerrard is ineffective in the left, why is he not playing in the middle?!
anyway to cut short, dissapointed.. I hope the next game can see more improvements.. -
Liverpool are perennial late starters, To judge them just 4 games into the season is something I expect of a bystander
