Liverpool confirm successful Sissoko op

Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez has confirmed midfielder Momo Sissoko's shoulder operation was a success.
The 21-year-old sustained the injury, which could keep him sidelined for three months, during the Carling Cup win at Birmingham.
Benitez told the Liverpool Echo: "The doctors said it was very successful, but now we must wait. We know we will be without Momo for some time, but maybe we'll know more in a few days exactly how long it will be."

Juventus have made Liverpool midfielder Momo Sissoko their No1 target for next season.
Corriere dello Sport says Juve coach Didier Deschamps wants to build his team around the young Mali international after doing away with plans to bring in Javier Mascherano (West Ham) and Rio Mavuba (Bordeaux).
Sissoko is regarded at Liverpool as one of manager Rafa Benitez's best signings and the Reds will not welcome any concrete offer from Juve for the youngster.
