I think got a few relegation battlers manager not really happy with Rafa and selection.
Liverpool play with no heart lidat. I think they totally focused on UCL. Think 3rd place no longer matters to them.. -
I dont know but I am one of the minorites that wants the EPL title and if next season Rafa can't deliver the goods ,I hope he leaves.

RAFA COUNTS THE COST
Liverpool Manager Rafa Benitez is sweating on the fitness of four of his players after they picked up injuries during Saturday's 1-0 defeat to Fulham at Craven Cottage.
The Reds were beaten by a second half goal from Fulham substitute Clint Dempsey, but Rafa was more concerned with the condition of some players who had been the recipients of some over zealous challenges.
"I have four players injured," said Rafa. "Pepe Reina has a shoulder problem, Mark Gonzalez and Alvaro Arbeloa have ankle problems and Momo Sissoko has a knee injury. We will have to wait and see how they all are."
Benitez was particularly unhappy with a headbutt by Fulham Captain Michael Brown on Xabi Alonso that went unpunished. He said: "It's clear for everybody to see this incident and how the officials didn't see it is unbelievable."
On the game itself, Rafa defended his decision to make nine changes and pointed to a number of missed chances that might have seen Liverpool win the game.
"We had five clear chances in the first half which should be enough to win the game. If you want to win matches you have to take your chances, it's as simple as that. They had two chances and scored one goal." -

At the very first place , as early as saturday morning , i know and foreseen they'll lose .....

As in Singaporean terms , Fulham give level half to Liverpool ?
Since August last year , only 4 teams handicap Liverpool at home , Chelsea , MU , Pompey & Fulham ..... Not even Arsenal handicap Liverpool .
And all of them sent Liverpool packing , nothing home !
I said earlier in this thread , think twice before commiting Liverpool to win .
And was shock to see one guy here is $100 on a Liverpool win ?
Rest assure , Rafa Benitez wouldn't be sacked !
If one manager can deliver UCL every season , and win no EPL Title , the Bosses will still be happy .
The Bosses wouldn't be please if their team kept winning the EPL Title and still got kick out in the UCL ....

In fact , u'll not see this happen if Liverpool is in 4th position , say like 54 points , and with at least 6 teams with 53 points , lurking behind Liverpool for the 4th placing . Then we'll see the same Liverpool side that beat Chelsea to play against Fulham .
This scenario happened last season , right ? Can recall ? -

Fowler missed a total sitter in the first half. He should packed his bags and leave the club . He is no longer the Fowler we used to know. I can count easily with my 2 hands how many chances he missed so far this season. It's unforgivable really.
I was hoping to see inept Fulham going down but to see them winning against Liverpool has make me absolutely furious, furious with both Benitez and Fowler. Rest the players as you like Benitez but not to the expense to other relegation teams that are hoping that we beat Fulham . -
i think its good to rest key players b4 a cup final match..
but i think maybe we shd think about other relegation battlers.
we are giving away points so easily..
its almost like sending a msg out that liverpool would be good to play aginst nearing the end of the season. -
Maybe Abramovich will look for Rafa next season to complete his dream of winning UCL.
That said, Liverpool should try abit harder to win the game to make it fair for the other relegation teams. Fulham must be glad they meet liverpool at this stage. Poor Wigan. I think Wigan ought to stay up rather than Fulham. -
i dun see why we should 'help' others at the possible expense of losing players to injuries. it maybe a noble thing to do so, but certainly a silly one to do before the ucl final.

nvr expect much for liverpool, they win ucl matches, usually they will throw epl points away next.
