- Maticulously in tactical planning and preparation.
- Does not dwell on the past (which is good, urging players to look forward and work for another positive result).
- Flexible in tactical play during the course of the game. In other words, he go with the flow, counters it & controls the game.
- Takes longer to see result in EPL but the positive signs are showing.
- Team before star players. Not afraid to change and chop to which first eleven best play for a game. -

Most of his tactics worked if the players can performed to his instruction.
He never get excited when a player scores a goal in the EPL.
He is animated during Champion League matches.
He still have not mastered the physical side of EPL after two seasons and his attitude is translated to the Liverpool players as they dun play their best during EPL matches.
He is unable to inspire his players to give their best and unable to uncover the hidden potential of each players as Wenger did.
Dun think he can win Liverpool any EPL title, maybe a few more european cup for the next 3 seasons.
The bosses are running out of paitence for his outburst after the CL defeat.
If his expensive striker become a expensive white elephant, his position will be gone soon. -

i feel hes abit cocky nowadays..
not really sure why.. likes to talk to the press..
but then managerial skills are not based on how much he talks..
so hopefully he can really challenge for epl next season and the season after..
dun have to win it but at least put up a fight..

and i think hes really over-rated by the press.
his achievements in europe are nothing but amazing but his achievements in the league..

Ah Ben did not actually allow the players to blend in by sticking the regular 11.
So, I am not sure whether it is a wise move to offload players only after one season.
It affects the morale of the players and the ones to be signed.
