Cullen has been reading too much rumour from external sources ..... thus affecting his confidence on Liverpool FC .
I trust them la ..... we should trust them ...
If i'm Benitez , it's very much easy to present my point to them ...
They are building a new stadium , which means they need money in a consistent form ..... without the consistent revenue from UCL , money will not be coming in .
If wanna be UCL year-in year-out , for more $$$ sake , then they must put in more money for better players to keep us in the Top-4 every year ....
Now we not only will face the likes of MU , Chelsea and Arsenal for the Top-4 next season , i can also see Newcastle , Spurs , or maybe even West Ham challenging for the Top-4 position . Not forgetting Everton , Aston Villa and Pompey putting more money on players for their ultimate aim - The UCL !!!
Whether or not we will be EPL Champion , also depends on the players we have .
So by signing Top players , we will get more money from UCL , and maybe we'll become EPL Champion within this few years . -

If u want , u can offer 20 million for Malouda , then u can have him , providing terms and condition is agreed by Malouda and we will switch our target to another player , there's so many first class player .....

Sad to say, after the outburst at the CL final, there is no show or noise from Liverpool in buying any major players.
Dun think the american millionaire agree with ah ben in spending big money for big players after examining the good example at chelsea football club.
They rather spend the money on the sure money spinners, which is the new stadium.
The club, managers and the fans are taken for a ride, the americans here for the money, they dun really care about the cup or EPL title.
Only the stupid people would believe the americans would pay ridiculous money for a few players with no guarantee in results (No 30 days money back guarantee for soccer players)
It is a matter of time for ah ben to go back to real madrid.

i would have preferred the arabs , at least the yr fans of LFC and willing to part $$ to help LFC... moores did the wrong thing by selling the clubs to the americans.. at leats the arabs reportedly stated tt they will give rafa more $$ to spend if they become the major stockholder

Am pretty frustrated with the situation pool has on their hands now as well, our only major signing being lucas from gremio & voronin?
Even worse would be to see MU snapping up players @ 15m a piece, wah lau.. see also green with envy ... imagine their prospects if they do flourish & chelsea getting some really astute buys from free transfers.
Hope we pool fans can also have something to glee about soon. -

Ah Ben would stayed for one more season only.
