Too many liao .... Chelsea lead the way of takeovers .
Man City next ....
No good for EPL ..... good for fans ? Definitely no good for mid-table teams .
The rich clubs Chelsea , MU , Liverpool , West Ham and even i saw Tottemham and Pompey also spent money like nobody business .
Next is Man City ... maybe Blackburn , Birmingham , and even Sunderland .
EPL is turning into a rich-men league ....
Wanna stay in the EPL ? Buy your way out !!! That's the message now ... rich gets richer scenario .
Is rich foreigners ruining the EPL in long run ? I gets worried at times ....
Poolman
The youths from England will not get a single chance in these Elite clubs , if rich clubs kept searching & paying for top players in the over 20 million pounds bracket .....
Even Ferguson , who is famous for grooming local lads , also paid over 30 millions for foreign young players .... like Nani etc ....
The man who was death
there'll still be one or two clubs which will still cont to groom young talents even with all the takeovers happening........the biggest worry is still the transfer market...prices are gonna inflate and wages as well....
it's nothing now if your club gets a new owner, just about every other club is doing that now....i believe the competition in the transfer market is gonna get a bit more level now so that means clubs with new owners may not be able the big name signings fans want.....so...fans dun expect too much if your club get taken over....
