if u look carefully at the match, pool play long ball tactics most of the time tonite, the grave mistake was dat Rafa left Crouch at home.
Crouch will make robinson prone to errors from aerial threat which might lead others to score from the rebound. -
i dont doubt their characters, but their teamwork is questionable. particularly the midfielders, they simply dont know where/who to pass to most of the time.
arsenal is the upcoming team to challenge and definitely one of liverpool's nemesis. if the reds keep playing without communication, it might be a slaughter.

crouch need to brush up on his headings.
once he can do that, he is an automatic choice in both liverpool and england. -

LOOK AT THE DEFENCE. It was the defence that caused our downfall. Look at Hyypia... He didnt fight to win the ball off Bebartov twice? And we know Bebartox is a better header than Crouch and his accurary be it aerial or ground passing is superb and Hyypia i say is really the one man causing Liverpool defence this match... What the f u c k we really missed Agger, good reading of the game , young and hungry...

rafa need to wake up his idea n stick to a strong eleven which can deliver. this is to ensure your usual eleven to understand one another well n brush up their form, skills n stamina. system rotary is only good at the later stage at march 08.
gerrard is losing his form. as a captain, the influence is important to the rest of the team-mates. if a captain perform badly n cannot lead the team well, the morale of the team will drop. rafa should rest him on the bench for two/three matches as substitute to let him reflect upon himself n see the flow of the team.
frankly speaking, as arsenal supporter, i hope the two main contentors r between liverpool and arsenal. cos i hate the fact mafia man u is dominating BPL throughout the season wif their mind game, diving skills n helps from english referees, taunting from hooligan fans.
liverpool n arsenal fans r 10X better!

yes, the defense department is lack in depth.
hyypia is still in the squad this season to play against minnows and provide temporary backup. asking him to fit the shoes of agger against fast+young strikers is asking too much.
he didnt cause liverpool to concede too many goals this season, thus i wont blame him.
