This could be a really tough, hard-fought encounter. Blackburn are a team that doesn't get too many headlines but they always give the top teams a good game.
Liverpool are missing a few players and will have to reshuffle their team. I feel this will be a 'proper' game, with tackling and all sorts! And I think it'll end in a stalemate.

carra looked farked up and keep quarreling with team mates, surely does more harm than good
it sures sums up ryan babel and sissoko...
and how impt the introduction of crouch and kewell changed the game
and how we missed agger alonso and torres -
after watching the high octane game between arsenal and man utd, liverpool's game was a drag, at least 3/4 of it. cameraman caught one spectator playing magic cube during first half.
good to see kewell return with some nice touches. i believe crouch will be deployed more often when there are quality wingers available.
maybe he is tired but kyut seriously need composure in front of the goal. with all his attributes, he lack the most important substance required of a striker. -
I can see the difference Crouch and Kewell made when they were introduced.
And Kuyt is simply, disappointing. -
Come on, its not Carra's fault for barking at his teammates. If I were on the pitch, I'd do the same thing. Its called communication.
If Rafa doesn't play Kewell and Crouch more often after this, and play more of Sissoko, someone should should shove a stick up his arse . -
i am still puzzled by the fact that sissoko was offered a 5-years new contract beginning this season.
he has been a fringe player ever since his eye injury and his passing has been horrible. though he didnt perform that badly today, he always gets in his teammates' way. -

It is evident that the Liverpool players cannot last for 90 minutes and not motivated to win a game for some strange reason.
It is further damped by the player's dip in form and some players just cannot make it.
Unless Ah Ben can weed out his lousy players and play his best team so that they can gel as one, it will be another rollercoaster ride for the fans again.
But, that is impossible as Ah Ben only know his players on paper then in person.
Liverpool is still unbeaten, unbeaten in making the fans sleep during the match. -
Dirk Kuyt seems to have lost all his skills as a striker.
That ball where he was through and then I was flabbergasted when he kept looking around for someone to pass the ball to, instead of attempting to shoot on his own. In the end, Stevie G ran into him and then he weakly kicked the ball towards Friedel.
Seriously, isn't there any striker who can score for Liverpool? -
Kuyt is supposed to be the 20 goals per season striker.
But, he have been playing the supporting role too much or some how he have lost his confidence that he cannot react fast enough to score.
The only guy that is sharp now is surprising a substitute that Ah Ben will be planning to sell in Jan 2008.
That is why Liverpool will have the same scenerio of empty up front and over reliance on Torres. -

Last night,he was the only one who looked dangerous with the ball other than Gerrard.
Ryan Babel was out of sorts,Sissoko lived up to his name as the "Destroyer",destroying our play.
And i have to repeat,Kuyt is damn disappointing.He cant hold the ball for more than 5 seconds.
