Benitez can get all excited about winning 8-0. But the biggest joke will be on him if they can't carry this onto the next EPL match or qualify for UCL knockout stages.

i saw the highlights
and 1/2 of the goals scored were either by
rebound (goalkeep fail to hold the ball)
deflection by the defender
but a nice goal by babel with that heel flick -

Did not wake up to watch the match.
Did not expect Besiktas to lose so much.
But, it is still only 1st hurdle and two more to go.
Glad that Crouch is finally start up and Kuyt and Momo did not start up.
As for Ah Ben, he can blow his horns now.
Wait till the last match, will be curious what he blow.
Yossi and Crouch will definitely not start again for the next match.
At least Liverpool is not out yet and some of players are scoring.
This is good for the moracle of the team.
The players played hard and deserved the credit and recognition.

ok la not bad. I like liverpool for winning the 2005 Champions League.

actually i think its not besiktas' fault. They are still celebrating their famous victory over liverpool few weeks ago.
