Well, the heading does say 'The Future of Man United...' as compared to the heading for the Liverpool players, past and present. They do seem to be putting Ronaldo on a pedestal but I guess it's because they choose the most high profile player from each side to 'feature' I guess. But Man U seems to have an over-reliance on Ronaldo at times, which might be their undoing. -

In terms of entertaining soccer, Liverpool vs Arsenal will be the match-of-the-season. It used to be Liverpool vs Newcastle Utd though.
In terms of rivalry, Liverpool is Everton is the grandmother of match-of-the-season.
If you like to watch lots of hard tackling, referee-bullying and diving, then Liverpool vs Man Utd is definitely the choice for match-of-the-season. -

Liverpool vs Everton - Derby rivalry is more for the Liverpool locals. No effect on the local scene.
Liverpool vs Arsenal - The gunners is exciting with Henry around. Now, they are still very mild. Not like the old gunners who loved a hard tackle.
Liverpool vs Chelsea - Quarter-final for CL 2007/2008. Without Jose, Chelsea have gained less exposure on the press as Grant is more silent than Ah Ben. But, the players are playing better without the press harassment. A team to watch as they posed a quiet threat.
Liverpool vs Man Utd - Nothing against the Man Utd team as they are looking hungry and blood thirsty for every match, which is rare. But, I cannot tahan the ya-ya papaya arrogant, stuck-up and noisy Man Utd fans who keep pissing me off. So, I want LIVERPOOL to thrash MAN UTD this sunday so the Man Utd fans can shut their mouth and give me some peace on Monday. -

For sunday showdown, I have a nagging feeling that Ah Ben will field Torres as a reserve and play Crouch and Kuyt up front.
This will spring a element of surprise to Alex.
He may even field Babel as a lone striker for his long lost 4-5-1 formation, which he have not used for a long long time.
He is not one manager that will be drawn into this type of emotional turmoil about big four. (He have shown indifference for the past three seasons on this type of encounters)
So, he may deploy the Kia-see 4-5-1 formation to counter the wingers of Man Utd. -

If Man U loses one match, it's a blip. If Liverpool loses one match, they lose their title hopes. -
Who score first will win, Liverpool can do it if they play attacking football, but Man U counter is very good. Mark Ronaldo and cut the midfield. Any battle of big team win in the control of Midfield.
