wah sian..
i thought we would have won.
nice goal from babel. mistake from cech i suppose.
now i'll never hear the end of this when i go back to camp later..
How come Essien's goal was offside? I don't get it...
We failed to score early and give Chelsea the pressure to attack and leave the back open.
Well, as much as I like to see Liverpool in the finals again but I think this season the players are having holiday. NO ONE has the passion to play. Yes we made an excellent purchase of Torres but its NOT a one man game.
When I saw that ridiculous own goal at the last second at Anfield, I know its gone UNLESS we scored early. If we went to Stamford bridge with one goal lead, it will force Chelsea to attack and we can catch them with counter attack.
I off my tv and went to bed once Chelsea scores. Not a faithful fan? In my defence, how Liverpool played last night really encourages me to go to bed. Like someone mentioned.. they playing 'air' ball. Gerrard was sitting too deep in midfield.
Hope Chelsea can beat Man U to win the Champions League (the cup 'the special one' FAILED to get) hahaha..
rafa benitez got owned. Who told him to go and anger/spite drogba before the match and make drogba so fired up?
All because of a stupid own goal... sigh.
else a 1-1 score at full time would have send Liverpool into the finals yet again and try beating Man U away from England (since we don't seems to be able to beat them in England)
aiya you all dunno meh?
The team that plays the second leg at home always has a higher chance...
Reds face Chelsea in Moscow
United will face Chelsea in the 2007/08 Champions League final, after Avram Grant's side overcame Liverpool in a five-goal thriller at Stamford Bridge.
With the scores already locked at 1-1 from last week's first leg, goals either side of half-time from Didier Drogba and Fernando Torres took the second leg to extra time.
Michael Essien had a goal contentiously disallowed for the hosts, before Frank Lampard put Chelsea ahead from the penalty spot following a foul by Sami Hyypia on Michael Ballack.
The tie was seemingly put to bed when Drogba lashed in a second from Nicolas Anelka's pull-back, but Liverpool substitute Ryan Babel struck from long range to set home nerves jangling.
Chelsea saw out a nervous few minutes, though, to advance 4-3 on aggregate and ensure that they and United will now do battle over the coming three weeks for both the Premier League and Champions League trophies.
bui tahan both team also called reds now.
walk on with hopes in our hearts.
you'll never walk alone.

the offside players were adjudged to interfere with play - blocking the view of reina.

chelsea have shown strong mental strength in this game. They were not put down by the disallowed essien's goal and instead they fight even harder to clinch more goals.
