Unless the manager is CHANGED, GH is still the one making the FINAL decision on the buying of new players.
Considering that Liverpool is building a NEW stadium, they dun have much cash to spare.
UNLESS they are willing to PART WAYS with their MOST VALUABLE ASSET - Micheal Owen to Real Madrid or Chelsea !
There is now way that David Moore
is willing to GAMBLE with GH.
