  LFC board have to make sure that a immediate replacement is available to replace GH. If not, the whole team will disintegrate. Frankly speaking, currently there seems to be no one available. Sacking GH or implying GH to leave now will have a very negative effect on team morale.
  
  The general opinion is to assess the boss at the end of the season (in or not in the CL should be treated as a different consideration).
  
  Hope that the injury situation could only get better so GH can stop using that as an excuse to run away from reality.
