Are we good enuff to beat Spurs?

  [size=large]Seems like we're on a good run, albeit "ugly". And things are looking up with the return of injured players like Owen, Henchoz, and hopefully Gerrard. Soon Finnan, Carragher and Baros should be involved too.
  
  So it's Spurs away this Sat.
  
  Like us, Spurs can be inconsistent...but I think our defence will hold up again and we may juz sneek a goal or 2. I hope it's 2...2-0 to be exact!

  Our defense is too good for them ! Whether or not Carragher play or not , we are already good , with JC...the defense gets even harder , Robbie Keane can be easily handled !
  
  Our midfield is looking quite good with Hamann in total control , Liverpool should play Cheyrou in the center of mf in place of Gerrard , Cheyrou has got a vision to link up play with Kewell and Diouf ! I saw Cheyrou did a precise through ball to Kewell in that Villa's game , and that was a wonderful pass , only to see Kewell ballooned the ball ! Cheyrou will shine if he play more games ! Trust me , he has got Zidane's vision , maybe lacking in Zidane's touch !
  
  Front line , GH should be playing Owen with Heskey !
  
  When Didi Hamann's playing , Liverpool never loses a game !

  Well, dok-gong, Spurs won their last home game quite convincingly leh : 4-1 agst Birmingham...so they shd not be under-estimated.
  
  I also think Cheyrou had done well in the last 2 games...hope he gets to prove himself again this Sat, esp. if Gerrard is not ready to return.
  
  MF is the one area tat's interesting at the moment. Hamman and Kewell are certainties. The other 2 slots shd go to Murphy and Cheyrou. Remember Diouf is on the African Cup mission.
  
  All in all, I'm quite confident with our chances this weekend!

  My sentiments with Redz and Poolman.
  
  But, I dun agree that Hamann is solid.
  
  His presence is not as firm as Roy Keane.
  
  Therefore, Liverpool seem to be losing grip in the midfield.
  
  I hope Cheyrou can hold ground as Murphy is losing ball and vision in recent matches.
  
  My prediction: 1: 1 (Draw)
  
  Sorry, I am all for a REDs victory, but nagging feeling that they may screwed up.

  The midfield are scoring but the strikers are firing blanks.
  
  But it's fortunate that we have Hamann back to help out the back four and let the attacking players play their game. Kewell had a couple of quiet games so far, so will hope the Home game will do him good.
  
  Both teams are playing inconsistently but Liverpool is on song for the moment so I do see Liverpool winning marginally.

  Confidence is high.
  
  3 wins in a row.3 clean sheets.Time to concede?
  
  Kewell missed a handful of chances against Villa.I do feel that Kewell will be on the score sheet this time round.Cheyrou did well against Villa.He should start with Diouf away.
  
  Both managers are under pressure to perform.Somehow,I have this feeling that Spurs big win last week will be their own downfall.

  Our away records shd speak for itself. Besides, given our current style of play...we shd be quietly confident of a result.
  
  Hmmm...I still think Hamman is a key player. He may not be world-best in tat position, but I'm sure Hyppia and Biscan will be pleased to have him in front of them tidying things up. It's also good to see him attempting some pot-shots these days.
  
  It may be ironic tat this winning sequence coincides with Stevie G's absence...but some may argue tat with him around, we could've won 2-0 instead of 1
