Heskey is FINALLY in demand !
The Xmas wish of all Reds Fan have come true !
Although GH is strongly denying about the possible sale, I guess that maybe he want more $$$$ from Boro manager and he want the sale to be performed at the end of this season.
He need the cash for Cisse and he dun want Heskey to be back to haunt him.
He want the cake and eat it at the same time.
He is scared of making a mistake.
Heskey may hit form (in your dreams, of course) in Boro.
But, considering how fast he ousted Fowler, I hope he can do the same for Heskey.
Give the media and the fans a break !

wah liu...I think he wants to stay and fight for his place in LFC, GH also said publicly he still feature in his plan.
WHo know Romam Abra..simisai....call him help us buy him over to Chelsea and then loan him out. Or we can conduct fund raising for local football club and raise money to bring Heskey here to Singapore to play in S League. -
GH needed Heskey to stay at Anfield cos there's no 'better' player than him to head the ball down to the lead striker. Look at Owen, Baros, Diouf and Pongolle, who are more effective with their feet. Awww... no thank you, all this part of his tactical reasons to play high balls into the middle for knock downs.
LFC should cash on Heskey while he is still in Maclaren's plans. Bye to Heskey, Hi to Cisse. -
yeah, especially he's been knocking down the balls to opponents till recently.. maybe he had eye surgery to correct color-blindness (if there's such surgery

When Heskey is GONE, there will be no target man for the midfield to hit the ball to.
Since Heskey often head the ball into the opponents or losing the ball, he is not really as effective as a target man.
The rest of the Premier League Team already know this point and they alway assign a player to leech on Heskey and fustrate him.
So, when Heskey is gone, the Liverpool midfield will be forced to move the ball themselves to the six yard box instead of deploying the LAZY long ball to DONKEY tactics.
I feel that most of the time the midfield are slack, creating a hole in midfield and stressing the Liverpool's defence.
Yes, Heskey is in GH's plan.
But, sly GH never stated what "plan" Heskey is in.
The answer is "transfer" plan

We have a good bunch of players but tactically, we have been playing boring football since GH took over.
GH wants Heskey to stay cos he believed he has a good target man under him who can play out his tactics on the field. Simi LongBall to the centre, knock downs to main striker and a almost zero creative midfield.

DM as in Danny Murphy ? Well , this is not really a fair statement to DM , which player in the EPL doesn't have a down in form ? He's not in his usual self recently i agree , we does play well with DM , scoring some crucial goals and created some crucial set-pieces , he will be back , very soon ! -
[size=large]In my opinion, these 2 are at best squad players. In terms of inconsistencies, both are equally guilty.
Wat I dun like abt Heskey is the fact tat when he plays, we tend to be too predictable in our forward-play. Wat's worse is if he's off-form - which happened way too often - our attack is almost non-existent.
The 2nd-half team is wat I would like to see more often - we have players who can carry the ball, so let's play it tat way.
As for our defence, I agree tat this could be the best back-4 we have and they've certainly shown it agst the Toons. Keep it up guys!!!
