There's no better time than a Merseyside derby to get a boost! Yes, by beating the Blues this weekend and completing a double in the process.
With our latest hero (Cheyrou) in hot form and given the home advantage, we're definitely odds-on to win this one.
While some may say we'll miss Heskey, I'm thinking tat it could be a blessing in disguise. Without him (like in the 1st match agst the Blues), we'll play the game the way it should - on the ground. We are more than capable of doing that and we can certainly do it this Sat!

Knowing the game pattern of every Liverpool's victory, my prediction is a DRAW.
Even with the inclusion of the players like Owen, Kewell, Le Tallac, Gerrard, the mindset of the players is still the same.
Long Ball tactics will still be used. They have since used the winger, but not enough players to provide support. The winger is alway observed to STRUGGLED with the ball and finding no one near him to pass the ball.
Unless the midfield is willing to move forward to chase the ball and actually win possession, every match is a nail-bitting session where simple opponents like Wolves are allow roam ard the Liverpool half freely.
This eventually will bring about mistake or mis-tackle from the Liverpool's defender to give away a stupid free-kick.
Good example is the Shearer's near goal at the dying minutes of the FA Cup playoff.
Hope that I can see some change of play tonight !
At least string more than 5 passes to the opponent's half, instead of playing rugby.
NB: Not possible for change of play with Ultra-Defensive GH around. I pray that he keep the same backline, then maybe got chance. -
Not sure abt u guys, but I'm happy with the way we played...apart fm some defensive lapses n glaring misses.
Great passion n positive throughout the whole match...not a boring moment! Yes, this is the team I wanted to see...n boy, did they play well. With abit of luck, we would've won...maybe the score shd read 10-5 instead of 0-0
