Looking at Newcastle's fixture , quite tough for'em ! 3 Away and 1 Home , if they can beat Man City , Shearer's ex-club Southampton , and Liverpool ...all away games , then they deserve to be in the UCL ! Liverpool need not shed any tears because the better won ! I'm so sure they will not grap all 9 points from all the away ties !
I have a gut feeling , the last game at Anfiled could be the decider !

We got more goals scored but same goal difference with newcastle. That is gonna be crucial. Because with that game in hand, newcastle. not counting the last game against liverpool, will end up with maximum 62 points before they play against liverpool. Liverpool only has a maximum possible points of 59 before they play newcastle. Therefore, in the last game against newcastle, if Liverpool wins, then they will have to depend on their GD and GS to take over newcastle...I am so newrvous to see how this is shaping up. I would say that the LABOUR DAY match between NEWCASTLE AND MAN CITY and the next day MIDDLESBOPRO AND LIVERPOOL wold be crucial.

Please......I'm not that kind of "fans" ! I'm sorry and regretted with that kind of statement presented here , that "good news" stuff ....well , my "good news" explanation is .....whatever reason for Woodgate's absence , it's crucial to LFC progress , especially he's so that important to Newcastle's defense , as a fan , I'll be disgusted with injuries to " any players" , as in Woodgate's case , I'm not overjoyed with his latest injury , I'm just happy he won't be involving any further , he'll be absent for the rest of Newcastle's "Cup finals" ! As in his case , just too bad , it's his injury that is causing his absence !

liverpool is favorite obviously. nufc is down to their bare bones with the injuries of woody, jenas, bowyer, dyer & bellamy. even calamity bramble is doubtful, so bobby has to call up the young 19 yr old steven taylor for these crucial games. and they have got the uefa away game vs marseille to play on. it never rains, really.

H/r, it could also be a double-edged sword...who knows, the replacements may see it as a chance to prove themselves and excel in those matches remaining.
Anyway, it's foolish to count on others' misfortunes...it's all in our hands - win all our remaining matches and chances are, we'll be playing CL soccer next season! -

Looks like most of us have under-estimated our Reds
The biggest twist tat could happen now is if we lose the 4th spot to Toons on the last day of the season. But tat's not gonna do any good to us...coz GH will still be around.
I kind of looking forward to the next season already...coz it's gonna be a title or bust one as far as GH is concerned - either way, we win!
