  uncle pool.. may i suggest howard wilkinson
  or may be you can keep gh for 1 more season and offer shearer a management career after he retires. and we'll see how things turn out to be. if he's good, you know where he's going to end up again heheheh

  Shearer will play another season at Tyneside and will eventually get a coaching badge to coach alongside SBR ! And eventually take over from SBR when SBR offically retire !
  
  It's not a secret that Shearer will be Newcastle's next boss ! Who has a better creditial than Shearer to coach Newcastle ?
