Three good reasons why Liverpool want Pompey's striker:
- He is used to the EPL style of playing. GH dun have to waste time to getting him accustomed to EPL.
- He can score goal. He will perform the role of a lone striker up front for Liverpool. Maybe he can take penalty ???
- Best of all, HE IS CHEAP !!! -

He's definitely better than Heskey, whether it is in the Championship Manager game or in reality.

I still think selling Heskey to a fellow premiership side is a mistake. he is too good to be playing against us....its just like Anelka, Patrik Berger who has already scored winners against us this season...we dun wan that to happen with Heskey....
Anyway...yakubu is good...bt not good enuff for POOL. -
