If I'm not wrong here , no manager in the English league's history that took over and win the title within a season! That will be a break thru' eventually , but I dun see that happening this season !
We'll be a force within the next five years , maybe the EPL title will be heading to Merseyside by Benitez fourth year , not this season !
I don't care much to how Chelsea threw their money , I'm more concern with how we perform off and on the pitch ourself ! Off the pitch , we've got a terrific mamanger , we've got SG staying , Owen staying , Baros' back , and so far , Benitez has been trying to get a few new faces in , so , I foreseen a good Liverpool side for the next five years ! A very bright future !

GH was not that bad in the beginning but did u noticed that Liverpool's luck in matches were very bad after GH returned from his life saving sugery? remember there was this 1 game against sunderland where they had over 22 shots at goal and hit the bar/posts about 3 times and could not score, sunderland had 1 shot and it went in. i was pretty sure there were a few more games like this. What i am trying to say is that GH probably used up his quota of luck in that fateful sugery, it saved his life but not enough to save his job. I hope the the change in manager will wipe the slate clean, Liverpool boleh!

Although GH sucks for the last two season, he have helped Liverpool to beat Manchester United and Arsenal for his first three season.
I agreed that his first three season is good due to his selection of certain key players.
But, he is the cause of the his own downfall.
Strange enough, he is still the manager of the Decade for winning so many trophy.
Liverpool and Chelsea is the only two club that I know for the recent season that remove their manager for not winning the EPL title.
Just wondering where is GH and his Jaugur now ??
