One issue : Are we lack of one more proven striker ?
It looks like we need one more ! -
looks like the team has not clicked yet... the strikers are not finding their space and the people like Kewell are not on the same page with them...
i stopped after a while into the 2nd half.. when the score was still 0 - 1
thought Tottenham would not score as they looked totally lost... -
Both Team looks happy to settle for a draw.
All the players was playing safe.
Spurs gave Liverpool too much respect in the first half and they begin to come back on the second half.
Guess no one expect Liverpool to lose this match considering the lousy results that spurs have for the pre-season matches.
But, Spurs show their gut and play their heart out despite having 7 new replacement.
Possible lacking of match fitness for the whole Liverpool team. -
Not a bad result, liverpool faded in the 2nd half but I am sure their performance will improve in the coming games to go. Don't forget we have a poor record at White Hart Lane, to avoid defeat at white hart lane is not a bad achievement. By the way, did you guys see Houllier on tv ?

Liverpool totally lost it in the second half. Honestly i was disappointed wif their second half performance. gerrard was not influential in midfield, sinama was running ard aimlessly. only the defence was performing slightly better. hopefully benitez would get his game plan right the next game.

I thought after Cisse scored , our defense would be good enough to tahan Spurs' attack , but no , credit to their attacking , and Defoe , that shot was good ! After seeing soem replays , Dudek's positioning was at fault for Spurs' equaliser , his covering on that far post is much to wide , a mistake by Dudek !
Time to get Kirkland in ! -
