There's some England's fans who felt that M.Owen joining Real Madrid is not only good for M.Owen personally , and will enhance England's chance of winning WC2006 in Germany too !
Their reason was that M.Owen will get better playing in the La Liga !

Let's see who Real Madrid has at the moment up front... Ronaldo who is always in form... He'll probably get one spot. Raul who is currently off-form but still deadly. Morientes who is in Super form but warms the bench in the first half usually... Incredibly deadly. So now it comes to Michael Owen. Would someone who warms the bench or not get on the bench become better? Well I don't know... I still think he went for the money

The Spanish exposure is good for Owen provided that he plays.
With his present form, he will be featured in the reserve team.
He is now the second-class citizen in Real Madrid.
So, if he not featured in the game, can he improve ?
It is still too early whether he can create any impact in Spain.
We wait and see loh.
His departure have disrupted the game plan for Ah Ben.
Now, this is the good time to see whether Liverpool can survive without Mickey Mouse. -
He will become better...
better than staying in the EPL and facing the same old defenders...

michael owen is history in my view. i feel we will see a new striker to partner rooney in the year 2006.
unless that swedish coach is still around. -
owen is not as deadly as he used to be. Wat was once his weapon is now no more. He's no longer as fast as he used to be and with his current form, i'll be surprised if he is in the starting eleven for Real madrid.

I don't really agree, there will be future better strikers then Owen. One example ? Rooney. Do I need to say more about him ? At his age, he is already planning like a champion, he needs to leave his current club to improve furthur.
