Well, Liverpool has to play well against these teams right?
Compare them to how they were playing last time.
You weren't sure if they could even beat Charlton.
Even against smaller teams they played defensively.
Like i said, for the first time, it was worth staying up to watch them play. -

Sinama is not paitent enough as he is still young and impaitent.
The good thing about Alonso is that he have seem to pull Hamman out of his hole and started playing football.
Whether Liverpool is good enough would be decided by the next CL match.

Cisse is not a regular winger.He's only deployed at right mid temporarily.Benitez is not Houllier.I believe thats only a short term measure for Cisse and the team. -
I have nothing negative against Liverpool.
My wish is always for them to play well.
Improvement dun happened overnight.
They have to start from some place.
At the moment, they have played more like a team without Owen around.
They are going towards the right direction.
I am just stating the observation that Charlton is not playing to their potential.
Or else we have a good game at hand.
As for Diao, my stand on him is the same.
He have given sufficient time under GH and Ah Ben to give his best.
Time for Biscan to show that he can do it.
We need good players who can contribute now. -

Beating average teams at home may not be something to shout out loud, but it's something which we have to do to secure a top-placing! This year, we've certainly shown tat we can do it ...this is a sign of progress - slowly but surely!

Charlton not that they dun play well , acoording to Alan Curbs , Liverpool stopped them from playing how they wanted to play , how to play well when you were not givena chance to play ?

Did observe a better front-line in the 2nd-H.
Cisse's speed was more effective as a winger... while Garcia worked well with Baros. Pity Kewell has yet to rediscover himself.

i don't mind if they put cisse on the flanks like diouf, but at least he seems more dangerous and faster than diouf.
it doesn't matter if any player gets played out of position as long as they perform well for the team.
look at bob paisley's handling of ray kennedy. kennedy was a natural goalscorer with arsenal, after moving to liverpool he coudn't produce the goods. Bob paisley shifted him to midfield, and for that the european cup was won. -
Hope that Cisse is professional enuf to adept to Benitez's change of tactics , a new role for him .
