  after i drank 2 cups last night, i became so anxious...my heart kept beating so fast until I cannot do anything else...luckily it calmed down after midnight...

  i bathe every morning to freshen up. will prefer a glass of iced water instead of coffee though.

  I think I might have to stop drinking coffee for a few days..my fren oso told me to stop already cos it is bad for health. only yesterday my campus paper put up an article about how bad coffee is for us...but still can't resist from having a raspberry white chocolate mocha this morning while I was working...

  A spltting headache if no coffee is consumed within a 20 hour lapse. With regards to the caffaine before sleep thingie, I'm one of them too.
