Cannot sleep again...

  I cannot sleep tonight. Tho I am feeling very tired...and extremely want to sleep.
  
  So now it is 7am and I am up, knitting my shawl. Knitting is my new found passion by the way Anyone else interested in it here?

  Not me too, but I am experiencing the same things too. So tired today, cheer and cheer and dance and......., cannot sleep still, is it torture, man?

  Even my fingers just carried on pressing ....., so you can see how tired I am, but my brain juz refuses to give up. Sighhhhhhh

  each time i suffer insomia = 1 to 2 week without sleep.
