Y man dun like committments? becos guys don't have long interest for 1 thing longer than an hour. when he can read a gal like an open book he lost his interest.
Solution for gals : don't let your bf read you like an open book, keep and preserve.
Y woman dun like committments : Gals likes to compare, always goes for better, they will only commit when they feel proud of their guy.
Soultion for guy : once a while must talk some rubbish that your gf don't understand do more readings and "smokes" the gal and her groups of friends. Make her feel you are the only one that know the most and willing to explain to her. Do opposite from all your competitors, when they joke you act cool, when they cool you must be a Joker so your gal can compare you with others
