Thats the last thing either party wants to hear. It usually signifies damage has been done. Stab someone in the back and ask if it hurts.
Accept it once? Twice? Thrice? How many times sorry you want to hear? Can sorry solve alot of things? I don't think so. -

sometimes....gers tried to be understanding when the guy cancel their appointments. but once, twice....3 times...she be disappointed....even though she know he busy with business.

got 1 report in divorces states that in a marriage, if it is mostly or always the husband saying sorry, the percentage of ending up in divorce is higher than if the wife says sorry.....

'Thank you' comes more easily than 'sorry'. If you can't apologise, thank the person for the good. Thank the person for letting you know your mistakes.
