What do you do after breaking up?

what do you do after you break up with someone you really care about?
do you keep all the things dat you have both collected on your outing together like ticket stubs, etc?
I already threw everything away...but I can't bear to throw the chat logs away...so I keep the whole load of them...mebbe one day i will finally get rid of them....

2) dun rush into a r/s to make up for the lack of one. its unfair to yourself and to the other person
3) really, take your time to philosophize...
at least that's what i did... took me some time to be attracted to someone again
i was happy that time cuz for once, i did not have to be made to feel bad that i wanted to go somewhere and i wanted to go alone and he was unhappy abt it...

I kept the stars n hearts that she folded for me. Maybe next time can recycle.

Initially.. sorrow consumed me.. sadly n shamefully to say.. there were tears.. till this day i still resented tt i wasted my eyedrops..
but i didnt throw away n memorabilia.. memories.. be it sad or happy or shameful or glorious.. r meant to be kept n reminsced.. to learnt from mistakes.. or boost abt past glories..
the period of recovery.. after clawing myself from despair.. i kept myself busy with alot of things.. work.. exercise.. comm work.. travel.. partying.. chilling with frens..
i adopt a more carefree attiude.. a forward looking attitude.. learn from the past but dont dwell in it.. this way.. there's less emotional baggage.. though scars r still there.. at least i'm more den capable to live my life the way i would like too..

the first day, i did it from like midnight until 6am...until really no tears can come out le...
now getting better, but sumtimes can still cry esp when my memories are triggered...
