then go out with friends and get drunk
then have a good cry
then talk with friends

then should be better

Depends on during which stage of 'evolution' I'm at ba....and who did the dumping...
if the ex did the dumping...
stage 1 (caterpillar) : sit at the pavement next to public phone and bawl my heart out
stage 2 (pupa) :sit at airport next to public phone and bawl my heart out
basically lots of crying ba.... until evolved to
stage 3 (butterfly): a little bit of sobbing ba, a lot of anger, and lots of determination that hell, life's going to get on, with or without him.
if I did the dumping.. then by the time its over (cos it aint over till its overrrrrrr now)
i don't usually cry (much), just a great sense of relief and a lot of tiredness that its all over and both of us can just get on with life.
