when you are not the mod, you managed to crap to the max;
but when you are one, you need to contribute hard in boosting forum ratings for the head mod. so the pressure is there. have this kind of pressure within you. -

Realistically speaking....it is easy to be a member than a mod...cos if u r a menber u can srap all u want without care...when u r a mod...there will br restrictions...certain codes of behaviour u will have to adhend to..... n u gotta check e forum for unacceptable behaviour..... Sgforums is still okay...i had experience in mod for forums outside Sgforums n behaviour like rude behaviour n one liners r unacceptable.....so in e end...mods end up posting less to do their job of cleaning up unacceptable behaviours n upkeeping a certain quality in e forum.... just my 2 cents worth...
