  Spec doesn't necessay need to be changed every year, I used to wear R-eye 425, L-eye 275, when my degree had gone up to R-eye 500 and L-eye 375 from pri 4 to sec 3/4 until the optician scolded me for wearing spec that does not fit me... now degree increase to R-eye 600, L-eye still the same. Got increase anymore I don't know since no school no need to check eyesight liao.

  Change specs very ex leh... I only change when the difference in degree is 100+. Thinking of changing frames but only if my current degree increase... cos I'd been wearing the same pattern frame for 10 years liao.
