  there are many types of ppl in here, don't just learn how to get along with ppl.
  you also need to learn how to handle , avoid, quarrel, stand firm..... many many.
  
  Learn how to handle problems, not avioding it. In job you face problem with clients right ? you can manage client you should apply the same way here.
  You don't like your customer but you need his business.
