well, i like my work.. it's the management that drives me up the wall...
in their haste to score points, they will gladly throw their own staff to the dogs.. and only a thin line protects the junior staff and that's people like me.. the "team leader"
only thing is, a few fellow team leaders are also eager to score points...
so it's a struggle which brutal words are sometimes spoken and egos bruised... and broken...
still, the few of us do what we can to watch out for our staff...
it's a challenging job
